Liz Snowdon has written some notes on underpinning:
playing to accompany the teaching of a dance.
Much of Bruce Hamilton's
advice for giving feedback to callers applies to musicians and
listeners as well.
The music committee is Liz Snowdon (contact person), Claude Epstein, and Chloe Maher. Please talk to them if you have other questions about music at GCD, such as playing for Wednesday dances, or ideas relating to the music GCD dances to.
To get a copy of Barnes 2 locally and at a bargain, talk to Jenny
Beer
(610-623-1926) or e-mail jbeer@culture-at-work.com
Here are some notes from previous GCD meetings focusing on music.
